We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure the security tag remains attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust, and apply a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to maintain the leather's natural suppleness.

Are duties and taxes included in the total price?

For most major regions, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout to ensure a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) experience. If taxes are not collected at checkout, you may be responsible for local customs fees upon arrival.
