At Songmont, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original Songmont packaging, ensuring all dust bags, tags, and protective hardware films are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
